Personalized Brokerage Services helps develop opportunities for our employees and their families to contribute their personal time, experience, and effort to make a positive impact on our community. We believe that our efforts focused on strategic community outreach helps build a stronger local community through employee engagement from food and school supply drives each September and November to individual contributions of time and money.

Our employees receive eight hours of paid time off to dedicate to a local nonprofit organization of their choice every year. This allows them to get involved with a charity that has specific meaning to them.

The enthusiasm and dedication of our employees has helped us truly make a difference in the community. We have some of the highlights of Personalized Brokerage Services employee involvement over the last few years.
